Mojang Delays Minecraft Dungeons to May
Minecraft Dungeons, the first spin-off based on the original Minecraft universe by Marcus Persson and Mojang, has been delayed once again. According to Mojang’s Twitter, the game will be available for download at the end of May 2020.
Based on the revealed gameplay trailers, we can see that Minecraft Dungeons is a family-oriented dungeon crawler. It combines the game design and characters from the original game and Minecraft Story mode. As a result, fans of the universe will have an opportunity to experience a new genre playing their favorite characters, fighting creepers and plenty of new enemies. This game is like a simplified version of Diablo that feels not so difficult and frustrating to lose. Although the game is simple, it doesn’t mean that it’s not good enough. However, it’s expected to be not detailed enough for adult players who like hardcore ARPGs.
If you are looking for something with more complicated gameplay and storyline, you’d better order something else. If it looks exciting enough, you can preorder one of 2 game packages now.
