Plague Inc. Presents an Anti-Pandemic Mode

Plague Inc. is a unique cross-platform simulator game in which you can take control over a custom-made virus and cause a deadly worldwide pandemic. It’s been a very amusing game with millions of fans, but today the world looks a lot like the pandemic map of this game because of the Coronavirus outbreak.

Ndemic Creations, the studio behind the game, decided to change the entire idea of Plague Inc. in a new anti-COVID-19 mode, in which players can stop the pandemic. Such a change of the gameplay follows the recent ban of the game in China. The Chinese government made the game invisible to citizens on Steam and mobile app stores. In addition, the developer made 2 donations ($250,000 in total) to the WHO’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund and the Coalition of Epidemic Preparedness Innovations.

Unfortunately, we still don’t know when the new mode will be released, but it will be very exciting for sure. Hopefully, it will be available for all platforms. Are you waiting for the update?
